PRACTICE: The practice in our office is primarily limited to civil litigation and personal Injury law, including Trials, Auto Accidents, Wrongful Death, Products Liability, and Workers Compensation. We have handled cases involving death and injury caused by drunk drivers, defective tools such as nail guns, ladders, filing cabinets, off road vehicles, auto accidents and slip and fall.

CHRISTIAN EARL EABY has been in private solo practice representing primarily individuals who have been injured by the actions of another person since he became an attorney in 1980.

CHRISTIAN EARL EABY was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, June 16, 1945; he was raised in the town of Ephrata, in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He was first admitted to the bar in 1980, and has practiced in Lancaster County since 1990.
